When i try to send a letter to a creditor. The amount I can pay always appears as zero. Is this a default setting or is there some kind of error?

Hello Oliver and welcome to the forum.

I presume you are trying to make a token payment to a creditor? You should work your payments out pro rata and send one off to them for that amount.

I don't know if there is an error or not, I will try and find out.
