"It is my annual income and expenditures review, and I was asked to provide the usual documents and also to supply bank statements for the last three months. I am not very happy to provide them, I thought that as part of my agreement, I would not have to. Are they allowed to ask for my bank statements, when I meet all my minimum payments?"

Hello Graham and welcome to the forum.

Are you referring to an IVA? If so, then the company can ask for bank statements if they wish.

Is there any particular reason why you don't want to send them?

If you are doing debt management then I don't think you have to send them. I never did.
