Are you saying that you have no surplus money at all to propose a debt management plan to your creditors?

Thats exactly what im saying,
I've been going through a very messy and expensive divorce, and the dept ive accrude is mainly due to the divorce. paying solicitors etc. My current income does not cover the court order maintenance, the total payments to my creditors and not much left for me to live on.
So what can i approach my creditors with.
Im desperate now please help.

You could tell your creditors of your current situation and ask if they will accept token payments for a while as you sort yourself out.

Do you have any assets which would be affected if you declared bankruptcy? This is another avenue you could look at.
